Malahide Castle and a beach

We had lunch at the Cafe when we arrived. It was sandwiches, soup, and delicious cake.

Once again we were not allowed to take pictures inside the castle. The tour was a mix between self-guided and tour guide. We started in one room and a lady came in and told us to listen to the recordings and when it was over to enter the next room and the next recording would begin. A few rooms didnt have the audio and she told us to just walk around and check them out.

The castle is said to be haunted, but unfortunately they didn't talk about it. That would have been so much more interesting than listening to Talbot family history!

Then we headed to the beach. It was a typical cloudy day in Dublin, as you can see from the photos. I am actually getting used to it. It was definitely too cold to swim or anything but we took pictures and some people collected shells.
